| Tara M. Reese is the Senior Consultant for Freeman Philanthropic Services, LLC, a national leader in executive recruitment for the not-for-profit sector, specializing in recruiting leaders for higher education institutions, hospitals, academic medical centers, social service, cultural, performing arts, and advocacy organizations.

| Since 2002, Ms. Reese has worked with a variety of FPS’ clients on recruitment and consulting assignments; those clients include: Tufts University, Massachusetts General Hospital, Museum of Fine Arts – Boston, Americans for UNFPA, Fashion Institute of Technology, Pratt Institute, John Jay College of Criminal Justice/CUNY, WaterAid America, City Year, World Food Program USA, the National Aquarium Institute, Peabody Essex Museum, The Children’s Storefront, Hospital for Special Surgery, and Case Western Reserve University. |
| She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and Women in Development of Greater Boston. She has active national and regional networks with AFP, the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), and the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). She serves as a guest lecturer for Columbia University’s Non-Profit Management Program. Ms. Reese received Bachelor’s Degrees from Boston University and a MBA from Simmons College Graduate School of Management. She serves as a volunteer ESL tutor and teacher for Rosie’s Place and a volunteer for American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay. |
