She has experience in identifying, sourcing, developing, and interviewing candidates for senior executive positions in the sector, with particular expertise in higher education. |
| Dr. Colter received her doctorate in Comparative literature from Rutgers University and completed her MA in Gender and Culture from Central European University in Budapest. She has also worked as a researcher for Jami Bernard, movie critic from the Daily News, and is a member of the Executive Search Roundtable. |
